Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns are accepted if the item is returned in the condition received, including its original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you on an appropriate resolution; the change-of-mind restocking fee does not apply.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. We ship via USPS Monday through Friday. Orders received on Friday will typically ship the following Monday, excluding postal holidays.

USPS delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimated delivery times only. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur while a package is in transit. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
